Shipping
We will develop delivery mainly by EMS International Services or DHL! We present Free shipping for our customers!
Merchandise in stock are shipped from our store within just about seven days.Occasionally, items may be temporarily soldout.Items sold-out are generally delivered within 15 working days, subject to availability from manufacturers.We will notify you promptly via email if any items are backordered and present approximate delivery times.
Please allow for 7 to 9 business days for shipping of deliveries to your doors.We would process orders right now.We will notify via email regarding precise items that are being shipped from us.
Tracking information for orders shipped from our store will be emailed to you when it results in being available.
Exchanges
We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date.Please e mail us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If you need to replace items to a completely different style, you would need to return your items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you favour.
You must contact us before sending the items back.All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.Worn or dirty items will be returned back again to you.
We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges,you will be liable for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you.Our recommendation is that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to make an order cancelled, you'd better cancel it before the order has been dispatched. We process all orders asap,so that we usually are not always able to cancel an order after its placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated prior to our Return policy.
Please note:
If you did not receive your 10-digit tracking number within 3 days after placing your order, your e-mail server may have seen it as spam. In this case, please e mail us for assistance in orders' tracking.
We aren't able to be accountable for any overdue shipments attributable to hostile climatic conditions.
Delivery fees aren't going to be refundable.
